At release, the wine presents a bright, vibrant clarity with a very pale straw colour and subtle green highlights to the edgesa hallmark of the pristine fruit quality that has defined Taylors estate-grown Clare Valley Riesling since their first gold medal-winning vintage.

Aroma

The nose is lifted, fresh and vibrant, with kaffir lime and lemon characters at the fore, followed by layers of subtle blossom and enticing floral rosewater nuances. The bouquet is expressive and precise, reflecting the cool-climate character of the Clare Valley and the meticulous care taken at the estate since 1969.

Palate

Intense citrus fruit characters of fresh lemon and lime lead the palate, with hints of orange blossom adding delicate complexity. Through the mid-palate there is excellent fruit presence with zesty fresh lemon and lime.
